Neurodivergent-friendly
Clear expectations, simple structure, low-pressure participation, and a format that helps reduce decision fatigue.
Welcoming virtual body doubling groups for neurodivergent folks, procrastinators, perfectionists, and anyone who focuses better with a little shared momentum.
Body doubling is simple: we gather, name what we are working on, and spend focused time doing our own tasks in supportive company. Research on accountability, co-regulation, and social facilitation suggests many brains focus more easily when another person is present. No pressure to perform. No shame spiral. Just enough structure to help your brain begin.

Yes. Cameras stay on during sessions to support connection, accountability, and the body doubling experience. Audio stays muted during the work hour.
Almost all everyday tasks are welcome: paperwork, dishes, studying, emails, creative projects, cleaning, planning, or resting intentionally. For the safety and comfort of everyone, all participants must be fully clothed at all times, and no weapons, drugs, or other hazardous materials should be present or visible during sessions.
No. These groups are for structure, accountability, and shared focus. They are not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.
Busy Brains Club is designed to be a safe, respectful, and supportive space. I reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, or otherwise unsafe to others. This helps maintain a calm and focused environment for everyone.
This space is not designed for crisis support. If you are in immediate distress or need urgent help, please seek appropriate professional or emergency support. Participants are responsible for their own well-being, choices, and how they use their time during sessions. Sessions rely on internet and third-party platforms such as Zoom, and occasional technical disruptions may occur.
Sessions are open. Choose a group time, reserve your spot, and make progress in good company. We can't wait to work with you.
